We are a group of people from Sweden who, in the fall of 2023, passed by this place that was for sale and immediately got the idea to start the Dream of a Restaurant in the Sun. In Sweden, we have one of the country’s largest YouTube channels (Roy Nader) in the food category, and therefore we also took the opportunity to make an entire series of programs about the project. In the eight-part series, we follow the entire journey, from tearing down the entire place and flying in an interior designer from Stockholm to exploring the best local ingredients and testing the menu. We also had an award-winning bartender from Stockholm come down and create our signature drinks, all of which have become immensely popular. We opened our doors on August 9, 2024 and have now been open for over a year. A big thank you to all the fantastic guests we have had the honor of serving!
